32nd Annual Harvest & Herb Festival Booth Application

**To receive 2016 booth pricing payment must be received by May 1, 2017 - NO EXCEPTIONS**
Form must be returned with payment by May 1, 2017 to reserve same spot as 2016

The Harvest & Herb Festival Committee reserves the right to deny use of booth areas and/or facilities to any group/organization/business who fail to comply with the rules and regulations set forth. In addition, the roup/organization/business will:

  • Be responsible for all persons in the group/organization/business using the facility.
  • Assume responsibility for any damage to the facility.
  • Provide proof of liability insurance.
  • Observe all posted rules.
  • Not allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

The following rental charges for each booth area:
Standard Booth - 12’ w x 8’ d - $45 ($35 if application & payment received by 4pm 5/1/17)
Standard with Electric (LIMITED) - $60 ($50 if application & payment received by 4pm 5/1/17)
